If the Big Mac were advertised as it actually is, would we buy it?

Absolutely not. In our heads, it tastes as good as it looks in the McDonald’s advertisements. Our brains send a screenshot to our taste buds of the picture of the Big Mac we see on that billboard on our way back from work and it convinces those taste buds that we’re eating the exact same thing in the picture.

Ok, that might not be the most scientific piece of information you’ve ever heard but come on, it makes a lot of sense, doesn’t it?
